The school counselor at Sequoyah Elementary works alongside teachers and parents to help students develop socially and emotionally, and helps remove any barriers students have to learning.

Our counselor helps teach academic and social skills, consults with parents and teachers, makes referrals for community resources, introduces students to future career and college opportunities, and provides schoolwide programming.
