Here are some things students may need when applying for scholarships:

CDIB/Proof of Tribal Enrollment

Social Security Card

Photo

Biographical information letter including the student's tribe, educational goals, and future plans.

Class enrollment schedule/proof of attendance

Resume and cover letter

2-3 letters of recommendation

Official transcripts listing GPA, class rank, and ACT or SAT score.

Official billing statement or letter of acceptance to college.
