Principal's Message
SECC Families,
Welcome to a fantastic new year at Shawnee Early Childhood Center! We are so glad you are here!
It is our belief that children learn best through active engagement. It is our goal to provide authentic learning experiences that will help to develop our students’ creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills. We will continue to cultivate these skills throughout your child’s academic journey at SECC. We have an amazing group of educators who work diligently every day to make SECC a place where our young students are challenged to discover, learn, explore and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
As educators, we value the connections between home and school. A strong home to school connection promotes students' developmental growth. Your support is invaluable to not only your child but our school, as well! Your active participation in your child’s education is not only allowed, but encouraged!
