If you have any shoes (any size) you would like to donate for our SPS Band program we would appreciate it. We will be collecting the shoes in the office at Sequoyah starting this Monday. The classroom that donates the most shoes will receive a popcorn party.

Hello Sequoyah Families! On Tuesday, December 12 our Sequoyah students will get free entry into the home basketball games at the PAAC. Come out and see Shawnee vs Western Heights!
The game schedule is as follows:

Hello Sequoyah Families!
Next Friday, December 15, we are taking our whole school to see the movie Trolls Band Together. Our wonderful PTA is paying for part of the entry fee and we are asking our families to send $1 with your child to cover the remaining cost by next Thursday. Additionally, we will not be getting snacks at the movies. We are so excited about this opportunity and thank Golden Cinema for accomodating us.

Just a reminder that our Sequoyah PTA is hosting a Holiday Shop this week, Dec. 4-7th, for our students to purchase gifts for their family! A flyer and a money envelope were sent home last week. Students can now purchase gifts for family members! Most items are below $5, but can range up to $10. The shop is open daily from 8 am - 2:20 pm; and in the evening on Tuesday - Thursday from 2:30 pm - 6 pm for you to come shop with your students! We hope to see you there!

Our partners at Community Renewal have announced that Saturday's Monsters on Main event has been canceled due to incoming inclement weather. Instead, Community Renewal is promoting Shawnee Mall's "Haunt the Mall" event scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Saturday.
